Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in its original condition – unused, unopened, and with all tags attached
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all our anglers, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Jig Heads (due to sharp points)
  • Line Accessories (once opened)
  • Kits and Variety Packs (if any components are missing)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring your return.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we’ll process your refund or exchange. Here’s what you can expect:

    • Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? We’ll be happy to exchange your item for another product of equal value. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. For items of lesser value, we’ll refund the difference.

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item from our selection of freshwater reels, rods, or lures.

Damaged or Defective Items
