Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Shipping to Asia and some remote regions may not be available. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Just like you carefully select your fishing gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Our 15-day return policy gives you time to ensure your equipment meets your angling expectations.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition – unused, unopened, with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Jig Heads (due to sharp points)
- Line Accessories (once opened)
- Kits and Variety Packs (if any components are missing)

- Get Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

- Receive Resolution: We’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Defective Items
